A moje spont\u00e1nn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f byla takov\u00e1, jakou by asi dalo mnoho lid\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAno, co m\u00e1m d\u011blat - m\u00e1m stres.\u201c <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ale jeho dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bta mi utkv\u011bla v hlav\u011b. \u0158ekl jen klidn\u011b:<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\"Mo\u017en\u00e1 \u010dasem najdete \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Pozdn\u00ed vst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zb\u011bsil\u00e9 hled\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f, op\u011bt pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 k\u00e1va, e-maily, kter\u00e9 za\u010dnete \u010d\u00edst p\u011btkr\u00e1t - ale nikdy na n\u011b neodpov\u00edte. A p\u0159esto je ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u011bchto mal\u00fdch z\u00e1drhel\u016f zlod\u011bjem energie.<\/p>\n<p>Stres nen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben jen velk\u00fdmi konflikty, ale tak\u00e9 neust\u00e1l\u00fdm p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm na\u0161eho vnit\u0159n\u00edho toku. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 mali\u010dkost, kter\u00e1 nefunguje, p\u0159itahuje pozornost. A pozornost je omezen\u00fd zdroj. Pokud v\u00e1s tedy cel\u00fd den rozptyluje spousta drobn\u00fdch podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, budete ve\u010der vy\u010derpan\u00ed - i kdy\u017e se vlastn\u011b \u201enic \u0161patn\u00e9ho\u201c nestalo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ot\u00e1zka tedy nezn\u00ed<\/strong>: Jak se mohu vyhnout stresu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ale<\/strong>Jak\u00e9 drobnosti m\u011b pravideln\u011b stoj\u00ed energii - a jsou zbyte\u010dn\u011b komplikovan\u00e9?<\/p>\n<h3>Mikrooptimalizace, kter\u00e9 se s\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010d spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v mal\u00fdch, provediteln\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch. A \u010dasto to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jednoduchou my\u0161lenkou: Co bych mohl jednou zlep\u0161it, abych to u\u017e nikdy nemusel d\u011blat \u0161patn\u011b? Zde je n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bty denn\u00ed pot\u0159eby (kl\u00ed\u010de, pen\u011b\u017eenka, sluch\u00e1tka) maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 m\u00edsto - ne p\u011bt r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00falo\u017en\u00fdch m\u00edst.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fddenn\u00ed n\u00e1kupy se neprom\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed poka\u017ed\u00e9 znovu, ale prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed se podle opakovan\u011b pou\u017eiteln\u00e9ho seznamu.<\/li>\n<li>Rann\u00ed rutina je tak jasn\u011b promy\u0161len\u00e1, \u017ee i v polosp\u00e1nku v\u00edte, co bude n\u00e1sledovat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tyto drobn\u00e9 optimalizace neu\u0161et\u0159\u00ed hodiny, ale u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed v\u00fdkon.
