Jako osoba samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e1 ob\u010das takov\u00e9 hovory dost\u00e1v\u00e1te. Obvykle jde o reklamu, slu\u017eby nebo rady, kter\u00e9 ve skute\u010dnosti nepot\u0159ebujete.<\/p>\n<p>Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jsem tedy hovor norm\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ijal. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se ozval p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd \u017eensk\u00fd hlas. P\u0159edstavila se jako zam\u011bstnankyn\u011b, kter\u00e1 spolupracuje s Facebookem a Instagramem. Nep\u0159ekvapiv\u011b se jednalo o reklamu. O reklam\u00e1ch. O dosahu. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem je online reklama, zejm\u00e9na pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed podniky - takzvan\u00fd sektor mal\u00fdch a st\u0159edn\u00edch podnik\u016f. Facebook a Instagram nab\u00edzej\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, jak oslovit potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e mluvila, zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jsem norm\u00e1ln\u011b poslouchal. Nic mi na n\u00ed nep\u0159ipadalo neobvykl\u00e9. Hlas zn\u011bl lidsky, p\u0159irozen\u011b, dokonce s lehk\u00fdm jihon\u011bmeck\u00fdm dialektem. D\u00edky tomu mi to cel\u00e9 bylo sp\u00ed\u0161 sympatick\u00e9 ne\u017e ru\u0161iv\u00e9. Nezn\u011blo to jako z tradi\u010dn\u00edho call centra n\u011bkde ve sv\u011bt\u011b, ale sp\u00ed\u0161 jako n\u011bkdo, kdo skute\u010dn\u011b vol\u00e1 z N\u011bmecka.<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e9 rozhovory maj\u00ed obvykle v\u017edy stejn\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh. V ur\u010dit\u00e9m okam\u017eiku nastane okam\u017eik, kdy volan\u00fd vysv\u011btl\u00ed, pro\u010d pro n\u011bj nab\u00eddka nen\u00ed relevantn\u00ed. A p\u0159esn\u011b to jsem ud\u011blal j\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl jsem j\u00ed, \u017ee v podstat\u011b ch\u00e1pu, co t\u00edm mysl\u00ed, ale \u017ee soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia pro m\u011b hraj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e druho\u0159adou roli. Moje hlavn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce je jinde. Vedu nakladatelstv\u00ed, pracuji na \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch, knih\u00e1ch a sv\u00e9m \u010dasopise. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e vedlej\u0161\u00ed. Mohou b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, ale nejsou j\u00e1drem m\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Vysv\u011btlil jsem j\u00ed to pom\u011brn\u011b klidn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku reagovala tak, jak se dalo o\u010dek\u00e1vat. Poslechla, kr\u00e1tce potvrdila a pak pokra\u010dovala v rozhovoru. V tu chv\u00edli mi za\u010dala popisovat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed nab\u00eddku. Jednalo se o jakousi reklamn\u00ed kampa\u0148, kter\u00e1 byla speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobena firm\u00e1m. Pr\u00fd s n\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout zviditeln\u011bn\u00ed zhruba p\u011bti tis\u00edc potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Mluvila o d\u016fle\u017eitosti digit\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti, o tom, jak mohou firmy zv\u00fd\u0161it sv\u016fj dosah a jak jim Facebook a Instagram pomohou oslovit nov\u00e9 c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00fd obsah nebyl p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo n\u011bkdy mluvil s marketingov\u00fdmi agenturami, takov\u00e9 fr\u00e1ze zn\u00e1. Ale n\u011bco ve zp\u016fsobu, jak\u00fdm mluvila, m\u011b za\u010d\u00ednalo dr\u00e1\u017edit. T\u00f3n hlasu mi najednou p\u0159ipadal trochu jin\u00fd. Zn\u011blo to, jako by n\u011bco \u010detla nahlas. Ne nutn\u011b z\u0159ejm\u00e9. Ale jaksi p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hladce, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 strukturovan\u011b, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dokonale formulovan\u011b. Mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u011bla p\u0159ed sebou skute\u010dn\u011b n\u011bjakou p\u0159edlohu. Koneckonc\u016f p\u0159esn\u011b takhle prob\u00edh\u00e1 mnoho obchodn\u00edch sch\u016fzek.<\/p>\n<p>Tak jsem na jejich v\u00fdroky znovu reagoval. Znovu jsem jim vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee ch\u00e1pu jejich pohled na v\u011bc, ale \u017ee takov\u00e9 reklamy moment\u00e1ln\u011b nepot\u0159ebuji. Moje pr\u00e1ce funguje jinak. Vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edm obsah, p\u00ed\u0161u \u010dl\u00e1nky, dlouhodob\u011b rozv\u00edj\u00edm t\u00e9mata. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia mi v tom mohou pomoci, ale nejsou hlavn\u00ed p\u00e1kou.<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco jsem to \u0159\u00edkal, stalo se n\u011bco zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Nastala kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 pauza. Asi jen na vte\u0159inu.<\/p>\n<p>Pak p\u0159i\u0161la odpov\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 odpov\u00eddala obsahu toho, co jsem pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159ekl. \u0158ekla, \u017ee jsem z\u0159ejm\u011b ji\u017e v m\u00e9di\u00edch ur\u010dit\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem p\u016fsobil, a proto jsem si mo\u017en\u00e1 stanovil jin\u00e9 priority. Pokud m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo ji\u017e vybudovan\u00fd dosah, je reklama samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jin\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm ne\u017e pro firmy, kter\u00e9 teprve za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ta v\u011bta p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b dob\u0159e zapadala do toho, co jsem pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159ekl. Ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 zn\u011bla op\u011bt divn\u011b. Zase ten lehce p\u0159ed\u010d\u00edtav\u00fd t\u00f3n. Op\u011bt ta struktura, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsobila jako p\u0159ipraven\u00fd text.<\/p>\n<p>V tu chv\u00edli jsem za\u010dal poslouchat pozorn\u011bji. Najednou mi toti\u017e vyvstala velmi jednoduch\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Pokud opravdu jen \u010dte sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 - odkud se bere ta odpov\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 tak p\u0159esn\u011b reaguje na m\u016fj v\u00fdrok? Nebo se tu d\u011bje n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho?<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem o tom p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel, v\u0161iml jsem si je\u0161t\u011b n\u011b\u010deho. Pr\u016fb\u011bh konverzace byl podivn\u011b vyrovnan\u00fd. Nedoch\u00e1zelo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm spont\u00e1nn\u00edm reakc\u00edm, k drobn\u00fdm p\u0159e\u0159eknut\u00edm, k improvizovan\u00fdm formulac\u00edm. V\u011bty, kter\u00e9 se zd\u00e1ly b\u00fdt z\u00e1rove\u0148 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale v\u017edy m\u011bly takov\u00fd lehce p\u0159ed\u010d\u00edtav\u00fd charakter.<\/p>\n<p>Bylo to, jako by se pomalu skl\u00e1dalo puzzle. Tak jsem se rozhodl, \u017ee to prost\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edm rovnou. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 slo\u017eit\u00e9 testy, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1ludn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky. Jen jednoduch\u00e1, jasn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Ne dlouh\u00e1, mo\u017en\u00e1 vte\u0159inov\u00e1. Ale dost dlouh\u00e1 na to, abych ji v\u011bdom\u011b rozpoznal. Vlastn\u011b takov\u00e1, na kterou by \u010dlov\u011bk mohl bez probl\u00e9m\u016f odpov\u011bd\u011bt. \u010clov\u011bk by \u010dekal, \u017ee se n\u011bkdo bu\u010f zasm\u011bje, mo\u017en\u00e1 zareaguje trochu podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u011b nebo prost\u011b \u0159ekne: <em>\u201eSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee se mnou mluv\u00ed\u0161.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ale p\u0159esn\u011b to se nestalo. M\u00edsto toho jsme dostali odpov\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 se zpo\u010d\u00e1tku zd\u00e1la vyh\u00fdbav\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Hlas mi \u0159ekl, \u017ee mi m\u016f\u017ee zaru\u010dit, \u017ee m\u011b bude kontaktovat skute\u010dn\u00e1 osoba, pokud budu m\u00edt z\u00e1jem o konzultaci. Spole\u010dn\u011b bychom pak mohli probrat, kter\u00e9 mo\u017enosti by pro mou spole\u010dnost m\u011bly smysl.<\/p>\n<p>Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u011bla zdvo\u0159ile. Profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed. Ale neodpov\u011bd\u011bla na mou ot\u00e1zku. Neptal jsem se, jestli se mi \u010dlov\u011bk ozve pozd\u011bji. Ptal jsem se, s k\u00fdm mluv\u00edm te\u010f. Tento rozpor d\u011blal situaci je\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Proto\u017ee lidsk\u00fd partner v dialogu by mou ot\u00e1zku pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pochopil jinak. Mo\u017en\u00e1 by se na chv\u00edli podivil, mo\u017en\u00e1 by se zasm\u00e1l nebo dokonce reagoval trochu dot\u010den\u011b. To byl okam\u017eik, kdy m\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed definitivn\u011b zes\u00edlilo.<\/p>\n<p>Tak jsem mu znovu v klidu vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee o tuto nab\u00eddku opravdu nem\u00e1m z\u00e1jem. Zopakoval jsem, co jsem \u0159ekl u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve: soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia pro m\u011b nejsou \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm t\u00e9matem. M\u011bn\u00ed t\u00f3n hlasu, p\u0159eru\u0161uj\u00ed se, improvizuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tady se naopak zd\u00e1lo, \u017ee je v\u0161echno strukturovan\u00e9. Uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9. Jako by neviditeln\u00fd syst\u00e9m v pozad\u00ed rozhodoval o tom, kter\u00e1 v\u011bta bude vyslovena jako dal\u0161\u00ed. Tak jsem to zkusil znovu. Modern\u00ed hlasov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my jsou dnes tak p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9, \u017ee si mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 u\u017e ani neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, kdy mluv\u00ed s um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed. Hlasy zn\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b, odpov\u011bdi se zdaj\u00ed b\u00fdt logick\u00e9 a dokonce i mal\u00e9 pauzy nebo n\u00e1\u0159e\u010d\u00ed lze nyn\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b dob\u0159e napodobit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 indicie, na kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t pozor. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 z t\u011bchto pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed samo o sob\u011b jist\u00fdm d\u016fkazem. V kombinaci v\u0161ak mohou poskytnout pom\u011brn\u011b jasn\u00fd obr\u00e1zek.<\/p>\n<h3>Drobn\u00e1 zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v dialogu<\/h3>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm vod\u00edtkem je \u010dasto velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 prodleva po v\u00fdpov\u011bdi. Byla v\u0161ak dostate\u010dn\u011b z\u0159eteln\u00e1 na to, abyste si j\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9m okam\u017eiku v\u0161imli.<\/p>\n<h3>Odpov\u011bdi, kter\u00e9 sed\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zdaj\u00ed b\u00fdt podivn\u00e9.<\/h3>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm vod\u00edtkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt struktura odpov\u011bd\u00ed. To vede ke zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edmu efektu: odpov\u011b\u010f v podstat\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 konverzaci - ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 zn\u00ed, jako by n\u011bkdo n\u011bco \u010detl nahlas.<\/p>\n<p>V m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b toto p\u0159im\u011blo k zamy\u0161len\u00ed. V minulosti byly um\u011bl\u00e9 hlasy pom\u011brn\u011b snadno rozpoznateln\u00e9. Zn\u011bly monot\u00f3nn\u011b, mechanicky a m\u011bly jasn\u011b sly\u0161itelnou po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovou kvalitu.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se to v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bnilo. N\u011bkter\u00e9 syst\u00e9my jsou nyn\u00ed schopny napodobit region\u00e1ln\u00ed zabarven\u00ed \u0159e\u010di - stejn\u011b jako ji\u017en\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00fd dialekt, kter\u00fd jsem sly\u0161el v telefonu.<\/p>\n<p>Pro mnoho lid\u00ed je takov\u00fd hlas naprosto autentick\u00fd. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010dasto ji\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 rozpoznat, zda hovo\u0159\u00edte s \u010dlov\u011bkem, nebo se strojem, pouze podle zvuku hlasu.<\/p>\n<h3>Pot\u00ed\u017ee s neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami<\/h3>\n<p>Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00fd moment \u010dasto nastane, kdy\u017e polo\u017e\u00edte ot\u00e1zku, kter\u00e1 nezapad\u00e1 do zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9ho pr\u016fb\u011bhu rozhovoru.<br \/>\nLid\u00e9 mohou v takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch improvizovat. Pokud se objev\u00ed ot\u00e1zka mimo tento r\u00e1mec, n\u011bkdy selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. M\u00edsto toho byla konverzace nasm\u011brov\u00e1na zp\u011bt k aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed prodejn\u00ed nab\u00eddce.<\/p>\n<p>A kdy\u017e jsem se zeptal znovu, rozhovor byl definitivn\u011b ukon\u010den.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e1hle ukon\u010den\u00e9 rozhovory<\/h3>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed indici\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt neobvykle n\u00e1hl\u00fd konec rozhovoru. Pokud jsou spln\u011bny ur\u010dit\u00e9 podm\u00ednky - nap\u0159\u00edklad jasn\u00e9 odm\u00edtnut\u00ed - hovor je ukon\u010den. N\u011bkdy se tak stane p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b rychle, proto\u017ee syst\u00e9m ji\u017e neposkytuje \u017e\u00e1dnou dal\u0161\u00ed strategii dialogu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bta, kterou jsem sly\u0161el na konci, do tohoto vzorce dokonale zapadala:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201ePromi\u0148te, mus\u00edm j\u00edt. Sbohem.\u201c<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rychl\u00e1 z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 v\u011bta - a rozhovor skon\u010dil.<\/p>\n<h3>Pro\u010d si mnoho lid\u00ed nev\u0161imne rozd\u00edlu<\/h3>\n<p>Fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed na tomto v\u00fdvoji je, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed si takov\u00fdch detail\u016f v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nev\u0161imne. Telefonn\u00ed hovory jsou b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho \u017eivota. Sly\u0161\u00edme hlas, kr\u00e1tce promluv\u00edme a pak zase zav\u011bs\u00edme.
