\"FMMAt the end of 2010, I had the idea of setting up an information portal for FileMaker, as there was not yet a really wide range of products in this area. It quickly became clear that the portal goFileMaker<\/a><\/strong> a name that implies a friendly and direct invitation to take a look at the extensive but easy-to-use database system. No sooner said than done - after \"sacrificing\" several evenings and weekends to set up the portal and write articles, goFileMaker saw the artificial light of day in November 2010. What I didn't know was that goFileMaker would be launched just over six months later with the FMM Award 2011<\/a><\/strong> of the FileMaker magazine. But that is exactly what has just happened: At the FileMaker conference in Hamburg, goFileMaker was presented with the FMM Award 2011 for the best campaign to raise awareness of FileMaker. It is a great honor for me to receive this award from the renowned FileMaker magazine from Hamburg, as I have a few files filled with the magazines from the last few years (yes, they have survived all the moves without damage!).<\/p>\n
