Last week I was in Berlin for a few days and was able to gain many interesting impressions, which I would like to describe below. The short trip to Berlin was also an excellent opportunity to put my relatively new Nikon Coolpix P300 through its paces - so the picture galleries in this article are all from the Nikon P300. The days in Berlin were exciting, and I was able to admire an original Microsoft Surface table for the first time, which is part of the equipment of the "Q110 - The Deutsche Bank of the Future" branch in Friedrichstraße. But first things first. First, I'd like to explain why it's a good idea for business travelers to leave the car at home, and then I'll tell you what I experienced in Berlin.

I have been running my Wi-Fi network with a FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN for about a year, which has worked perfectly under Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. Since I recently switched to a new iMac with OS X Lion, the Wi-Fi has become extremely unstable. The iMac with the new Apple operating system lost the wireless network at irregular intervals and could no longer access the Internet. The Wi-Fi interruption was not noticeable from the outside - the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar remained at full deflection, but access to the Internet was no longer possible. A short-term remedy was to deactivate Wi-Fi and then reactivate it - until the next time the Wi-Fi connection was lost. Strangely enough, this phenomenon even extended to my iPad, which also lost the Wi-Fi connection at irregular intervals. How this problem can be solved permanently in conjunction with a FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN is described below.
I am often asked by entrepreneurs: "Do we need a blog?". People also often ask me: "Do I need a blog?". My answer is almost always: "Of course!" - I am happy to explain why I think so at this point. But first there is the banal question: What is a blog anyway and what functions does it perform? To a large extent, this question already contains the answer to the first question. This is because a blog usually performs several functions and is much more than just a platform on which articles can be written. From the perspective of an SEO (search engine optimizer), a blog is a valuable tool for making content available and bundling it from several channels. So what does a blog have to do with search engine optimization? I would like to explain this in more detail in this article.
A long-time friend calls me and gives me a voucher for 12 months of Sky World and all HD channels for free until the end of the year. Even though I only get a few hours of TV a week myself - four new children's channels, after all, and thanks to the HD channels I can even watch the first half of the Bundesliga. The connection fee and delivery costs were also included, and the required digital receiver and smartcard were delivered free of charge. Hey, I liked being able to get a taste of the Sky world in this way and completely free of charge, so I was very pleased and gratefully redeemed the voucher.
My wife got to know me, not the other way around. She literally stalked me. No matter where I went, she was already there. It was twelve years ago now. Back then, I was a die-hard motorcyclist, I only wore black sweatshirts, frayed jeans and biker boots, and I had long hair. Of course, I also had an outfit for special occasions. Then I wore a black sweatshirt, frayed jeans and white sneakers. Housework was an evil that I avoided whenever possible. But I liked myself and my life. So that's how she got to know me. "You're my dream man. You're so masculine, so daring and so free."
