Systemic management consulting

Systemic management consulting

In many companies, everyday life runs smoothly - somehow. But beneath the surface, you can sense that the organization is no longer functioning as it should. Responsibilities are blurred. Decision-making processes are unclear. New tools do not bring relief, but rather additional confusion. And nobody knows exactly what the problem is.

This is precisely where systemic management consulting comes in. It does not view the company as a machine, but as a living system of people, communication, decisions, habits and tensions.

And she doesn't ask first: What software do we need?,

but: What is actually blocking us - and why?

My offer: Systemic management consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises

I help companies to rethink their structures, processes and relationships - independently, calmly, profoundly and practically. I don't just analyze figures, but above all:

  • how decisions are made,
  • how communication and processes really flow (or falter),
  • where frictional losses occur,
  • and how to regain more clarity, reliability and energy in the company with simple means.

My approach is systemic - in other words, I don't look for quick fixes, but for the real causes behind the symptoms. And I don't work with standard templates, but with individual observation, clear thinking and a respectful view of what is.

I offer systemic management consulting with a clear focus on the process level: Where do things really get stuck in everyday life? Where do frictional losses occur because the structure does not match reality? I don't work with theoretical PowerPoint battles, but with an open ear, clear analysis and direct recommendations for implementation. The basis: 30 years of experience in software, entrepreneurship and crisis resilience.

Who is this advice intended for?

My offer is aimed at:

  • Owners, managing directors and managers of small and medium-sized companies (approx. 5-50 employees)
  • Companies that have grown, rebuilt, digitized or stalled in recent years
  • Teams in which responsibilities are unclear, work processes are slow or the atmosphere is tense
  • Companies that have the feeling: "We're doing a lot - but somehow we're not making any progress."

Across all sectors - from trade and services to software and small industry.

How does a consultation like this work?

  1. Free initial consultation (by phone or video)
You describe your situation - I listen, ask initial questions and check whether I am the right person for the job. Transparency is important to me: I also tell you honestly if I can't help or don't see a clear mandate.
  2. On-site analysis phase
I come to your company and accompany you and your employees for one or two days. I conduct one-on-one meetings, observe processes, listen, ask questions - and note down everything that stands out: role allocations, areas of tension, decision blockages, implicit rules.
  3. Anonymous employee survey (optional)
On request, I can conduct a short, GDPR-compliant online survey - anonymously if desired, with open questions. You receive authentic, unfiltered feedback from your employees' everyday lives - often the most valuable part of the analysis.
  4. Structured evaluation with concrete observations
I prepare my observations in writing - not in PowerPoint, but as a clear, readable analysis with real impulses. No accusations, no finger-pointing - just an honest reflection of what I saw.
  5. Joint derivation of measures
In a final meeting (on site or online), we develop realistic, feasible next steps together - whether in the areas of organization, leadership, communication or technology.
  6. Optional: Support for change processes
If desired, I can accompany individual steps over a longer period of time - as a sparring partner, observer or source of inspiration. Independent. Not for sale and without a software focus. I have been a software developer myself for over 15 years and have implemented numerous digital systems for companies - particularly on the basis of FileMaker. But my consulting work is not about selling FileMaker or imposing a particular solution. It's about finding the right solution for your company - even if that means it might not be a technical solution at all.
  • Sometimes a changed meeting structure is enough.
  • Or a clear clarification of roles.
  • Or a decision to abandon a project.

Systemic consulting means providing open-ended support.

Not optimizing at any price - but getting back into a harmonious flow. What you can expect from me:

  • Open eyes and open ears
  • Clear words without technical jargon
  • Structured evaluations with attitude
  • Respect for people, processes and resources
  • Technical understanding - but not as a panacea
  • No ties to specific tools or service providers
